Wiltrud Hackl is a Linz-based author and artist. Her research focuses on waterwomen — in the Delta, she explored the figure of Die schöne Lau.
We met her in Sulina and again in Mila 23, where she joined us on board and traveled with us to Brăila. It was a pleasure to have her with us — thoughtful, curious, and full of river knowledge.
